Hey guys Hugo here. At The Lawn IQ we're trying to create a community that's going to be able to help solve those everyday lawn care problems right down to those stadium issues that are a deep burning desire to resolve. We've had Demetri from Northgate reach out. He's had this issue with his lawn. So what I'd be saying to Demetri is that I wouldn't be looking at grubs. It's clearly an issue that's a little bit further down in the soil. It's a little bit hard to identify just at the moment but I'd be using a product like a Acelepryn or Monarch G to make sure that if there's any possibility of African black beetle or mole cricket or anything like that that could be damaging and clipping those roots that's definitely where I'd be starting. Today we've also out at another beautiful backyard here and we've had our customer ask what this little guy is. So this this guy here is an African black beetle. Absolutely one that you do need to be worried about if it's in a great number. If there's one or two around your backyard it's not going to cause any damage but these guys here will burrow through the canopy down into the root zone and they munch on that root zone all the way through and we call that the root pruning or clipping. So these guys can absolutely deteriorate your lawn. So again Acelepryn is an excellent place to start or the Monarch G if you're looking for something that's super quick. Those products there will look after mole cricket, African black beetle and also anything that could be living in your canopy as well. So if you have any issues with your lawn that you don't quite understand please send us an email, a dm and we'll make sure that we endeavour to understand it further and get back to you with a great way to be able to solve it in the very near future.
