Acelepryn Liquid Lawn Insecticide

Overview

Acelepryn Liquid provides rapid, long-lasting control against root- and leaf-feeding pests. Mixed with water and applied via sprayer, it reaches the soil profile quickly, delivering up to 3 months of continuous protection from a single application.

Active Ingredients

Chlorantraniliprole 200 g/L

Classification: Systemic insecticide (Ryanodine Receptor Modulator). Highly selective to target pests; low-odour, solvent-free formulation.

How to Apply

1. Choose a calm day. Early morning or late afternoon is ideal to avoid stress on the lawn.
2. Mix Acelepryn Liquid with water according to the rate above in a pressure sprayer (backpack or trolley model).
3. Spray evenly over the lawn, ensuring complete coverage. Spray pattern should be consistent and overlap slightly on each pass.
4. For optimal control of beetle larvae, apply preventatively and lightly water in immediately after application when applying by garden sprayer.
5. When treating for caterpillars, delay watering or mowing for 24 hours after application. For grub control, water in immediately instead.
6. Provides up to 6 months protection at the higher application rates.

Important Information

• Timing: Apply late spring (Sept–Oct) or early autumn (Feb–March) when beetles and weevils are laying eggs, or when you observe pest activity.
• Soil condition: Do not apply when the soil is saturated with water — the product will not distribute properly into the soil.
• Mowing: Delay mowing for 24 hours after application when treating for caterpillars. The label sets no restriction beforehand.
• Grass types: Safe on all warm- and cool-season turf types including couch, kikuyu, buffalo, bentgrass, and ryegrass.
• Reapplication: The label states no repeat interval. Most infestations need only one application per season.

Withholding Period: Do not graze treated turf or lawn, or feed turf or lawn clippings from any treated area to poultry or livestock.

Re-entry Interval: No re-entry period is required. Re-entry is permitted immediately after spraying.
