How billing works

This is a subscription. Here is exactly what you are agreeing to before you start.

Your first payment is different to the ones after it

Your first payment covers your opening delivery, which carries more product than a typical quarter — plus any equipment on your plan, charged once and never again. Every payment after it is the ongoing amount shown on your plan.

It renews automatically until you stop it

Quarterly plans charge the ongoing amount every 3 months. Annual plans charge once a year and still deliver quarterly. There is no fixed contract and no minimum number of terms — the plan simply continues until you cancel it.

Cancel any time, with 7 days' notice before a payment

Cancel in your account at any time. Cancelling more than 7 days before your next payment stops that payment, and your plan runs to the end of the term you have already paid for. Inside the last 7 days we have already committed your next delivery's stock, so that term still ships and bills and your plan ends after it. You always receive every term you are charged for.

We tell you before the price changes

Your plan is re-priced at most once a year, at renewal, to reflect what your lawn actually needs and what those products cost. If the price goes up we email you 28, 21 and 14 days beforehand, so you always have longer than the 7-day cancellation window to decide. A renewal we could not notify you about in time is not increased.
