Property Sale Plan

First impressions matter, especially when it’s time to sell.

12-week program

A great lawn lifts your property’s street appeal and can boost the sale price by up to 12%. This plan gets your lawn polished and looking its best for buyers.

The Property Sale Plan gets your lawn looking its best in the weeks leading up to your sale. A healthy, green, weed-free lawn lifts street appeal and can make a real difference to the final sale price. Research shows that a well-presented lawn can increase a property's value by up to 12%. On a one-million-dollar home, that's up to $120,000 from a targeted 12-week plan.

The programme starts by removing weeds and evening out growth, so the colour is rich and consistent for your listing photos and open homes. As auction week approaches, everything is timed and locked in, which leaves you free to focus on the sale. After the sale, the plan moves into a light maintenance phase so the property stays healthy and is easy to hand over.

When you set up the plan, you give us your auction or sale date and we build the timing around it.
