Controlled vs Rapid Fertiliser Test

Today I wanted to take the opportunity to show everybody out there that not all fertilisers are created equal. So this one here is our controlled release fertiliser with a Poly-S coating and this one here is a conventional release fertiliser or rapid release and I wanted to be able to do a bit of a demonstration today of putting them into some water and just being able to show how rapidly the conventional release fertilisers break down and just to give you a bit of an idea of why we as The Lawn IQ have these products here the controlled release on our website available today whereas these conventional ones they're cheap they're nasty they're rapid they produce a great weed bank and they produce a hell of a lot of mowing. So as can see here the difference between the two products is really obvious we can see the rapid degeneration of the conventional release prill which what that means for you is a hell of a lot of mowing a hell of a lot of weeds it doesn't care what it hits it's going to be giving nutrient upfront very quickly it means you're going to be reapplying in two to three weeks the Poly-S coated product is going to be delivering nutrient far slower it's going to be delivering exactly what your lawn needs when it needs it and it's not going to produce that huge amount of mowing it's not going to produce the huge flurry of growth and then nothing. So both products in The Lawn IQ range, the Enduro and the Baseline will stay viable for well past 12 weeks on your home lawn.
